Connectivity and Ecosystem
Zigbee 3.0, Optimized – With the integrated Silicon Labs EFR32MG21 Zigbee SoC, iHost creates a network that supports up to 128 devices. Add Zigbee routers to extend coverage, check connections via the Zigbee Map, and — when activating Zigbee2CUBE — unlock wider compatibility with third parties (e.g., bulbs and sensors from major brands).
LAN Control for SONOFF Devices – Sync SONOFF LAN-compatible switches, modules, sockets, and more to control them locally — without cloud communication. Create scenes that combine Zigbee and LAN.
eWeLink-Remote Triggers – Use iHost as an eWeLink-Remote gateway to add R5 or S-Mate and trigger scenes instantly. It’s the fastest way to add smart buttons and multi-location control without wiring changes.
Local Camera Tiles – Search for and add ONVIF/RTSP cameras on your LAN network and monitor live feeds on the central console for a quick status check without leaving your interface.
Matter and Homebridge – Functions as a Matter bridge so supported devices can be used in Matter-supporting platforms. Prefer the Apple Home app? Activate the Homebridge plugin and manage synchronized iHost devices from there.
Local Automation and Privacy
iHost includes an advanced Rule Builder for complex logic with multiple conditions and Local Security Modes — all stored and executed on your hub. Use Node-RED to build complex flows (weather-based triggers, data tables, third-party nodes), and then control everything from the web-based Central Console or your personalized eWeLink CAST interface.
Note: Locally added devices and data are **not synced to any cloud**, including eWeLink, maintaining a fully private environment.
